Shipping & Risk of Loss
- Transfer of Title: All items purchased from Sylaris are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx).
- Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays or stolen packages.
Returns & Refunds
- Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used bottles.
- Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged, email contact@sylarisusa.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos to request a replacement.
- Return Window: Unopened, sealed items may be returned within [14/30] days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.
